Day 1 – Theory & Fundamentals
Morning Session (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)

Electrical safety & PPE compliance.
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safe working practices.
Reading single-line diagrams and identifying faulty circuits.
Common DB faults: overload, short circuit, earth leakage, and phase imbalance.
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM)
DB inspection methods and visual checks.
Breaker testing, busbar maintenance, and thermography basics.
Maintenance planning and reporting structure.
Open discussion and Q&A with field experts.
Day 2 – Practical Hands-on Training
Morning Session (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
Hands-on DB familiarization: component identification and safe handling.
Safe removal and installation of circuit breakers.
Cable termination, tightening, and labeling.
Electrical testing: multimeter, clamp meter, and insulation resistance (Megger).
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM)
Live thermal imaging demonstration.
Identifying hot spots and interpreting thermography results.
Fault simulation and troubleshooting scenarios.
Correct breaker replacement and resetting techniques.
Team assessment and performance feedback.
Day 3 – Advanced Practice & Assessment
Guided DB maintenance exercise from inspection to documentation.
Testing and reporting using real DBs and live test equipment.
Maintenance documentation and compliance checklist creation.
